MacUsers: EBSCO PDF Trouble 9/29/2011

Mac-users trying to view a PDF of a journal article (or an e-book), often get a message saying "missing plug-in." The download command works, but the PDF will not display in the Ebscohost browser window. This happens regardless of which browser is used or how up to date their version of Adobe Acrobat is. Ebscohost tech support said the SchubertIt browser plug in would fix the problem.  It works.
The best outcome for this problem is to have EBSCO fix it.  Until they do, however, here is a link to the SchubertIt plug in.  It is essentially a new PDF reader.  The SchubertIt plug in is available free to individuals at:
